Ben Zeph

President & Founder

Ben Zeph founded Allegry Holding Group and leads it as President. He set the firm’s course — from a consulting practice into a diversified holding company — and drives its strategy across software, real estate, consulting, and venture capital.

Hands-on by nature, Ben has built and operated the companies Allegry holds, from the Allegry Valet Platform software platform to Allegry Cleaning Services. His focus is simple: found, fund, and steward businesses built to last, and hold them for the long term.

Christine Sweet

Vice President

Christine Sweet serves as Vice President of Allegry Holding Group, where she manages the team and keeps the firm’s day-to-day operations running across every venture. She works closely with Ben to translate strategy into execution and to hold each Allegry company to a consistent operating standard.

Working across the portfolio rather than inside a single company, Christine brings organization and steady judgment to how Allegry builds and holds — keeping the team aligned and the long-term view front and center as the firm grows.

John Li

Junior Software Developer

John Li is a Junior Software Developer at Allegry Holding Group, contributing to the software that powers the firm’s ventures — including the Allegry Valet Platform. He works across the stack, turning requirements into reliable, well-tested features.

Curious and detail-oriented, John focuses on writing clean, maintainable code and learning the craft of building production systems that Allegry owns and operates for the long term.
